we offer one group stay at €9.500 for up to 10 nights
Security Deposit: €1000 collected one week before arrival returned within 24 hours of departure.
Check in 5pm, Checkout 11am: If you arrive before check in, feel free to park your car ….. however we ask that you please don’t enter the house until the cleaning staff are finished and have left the property. If they have finished early, you are very welcome to go in.
Pets: We allow up to 2 pets, we don’t charge , however if extra cleaning is required over and above the usual turnaround cleaning time due to dog hair etc. we charge €27.50 per extra man hour cleaning.
Cancelation Policy: We take a 50% deposit on booking. Due to the nature of the business whereby group gatherings are normally booked well in advance we’ll only refund if and when get the property is re booked. Therefore we urge you to have travel insurance in place before you confirm your booking to mitigate against unforeseen circumstances.
GDPR: Open to suggestions
Exterior Security Camera: Grove property has exterior cameras that record or transmit video. There are no camera’s internally however there is an alarm should guest wish to use it.
